Services through Briggs & Associates are of no cost to people receiving support or to their employers.

STEP 1
Identify the person’s skills, interests, conditions for success.

STEP 2
Analyze sites/jobs to address accommodations and liability concerns.

STEP 3
Design the training program.

STEP 4
Consult with business team to enhance understanding and interaction with the new employee.

STEP 5
Provide ongoing support that may be needed to ensure success for continued employment.

Briggs & Associates partners with the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) and Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) to create business opportunities and careers for those in service. Through support from these funding partners, as well as other non-profit and private groups, we meet outcomes for people working in their communities. Briggs & Associates has an overall employment rate of over 80% for the last 10 years, which is the inverse of the rate for people who do not have the same support.

Briggs & Associates matches the abilities of people with disabilities to real jobs, then provides the support and training needed to ensure success for both the employee and employer. Briggs & Associates provides comprehensive employment services for any individual who may require non-traditional support and/or entry into the workplace.
